SOULGA SANGHA

A community-centered mentorship program for BBIMP* Yoga teachers.

Mentorship for US by US

The SOULGA SANGHA is a virtual, 4-month, community-centered mentorship program that supports the growth of Black, Brown and Indigenous melanated (BBIMP) Yoga teachers as thriving entrepreneurs and leaders within their communities.

Our core intention is to provide sangha members with ample opportunities, within a supportive setting to step into their own unique teaching style, more specifically:

  • develop their teaching skills.

  • build a deeper sense of community.

  • deepen their understanding of the 8-limbs of yoga.

  • provide opportunities to widen their professional networks.

  • ultimately empower them to illuminate their own path forward.

If you're a Yoga teacher who aspires to connect with other racialized teachers and (re)discover your unique gifts while centering service and community — then this program was made for you.

Sangha (संघ) a Sanskrit word used in many Indian languages, meaning "association", "assembly", "company" or "community".
