  • Lead Collaborator

Tash (she/her) is a half Ilocano, half Bicolano settler on Turtle Island. Specifically treaty 13 territory, the ancestral lands of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinabewaki, Missisaugas’s of the Credit First Nation, the Huron-Wendats in what is currently known as “Toronto, Ontario.” She is a yoga philosopher teacher, community builder and creative whose main mediums are: movement + writing. The foundation of her work is indigenization through inner work, meditation and philosophy. She doesn’t want to teach you anything but, instead, remind you who you already are.

Tash seeks to support and amplify the voices who will actually be on the ground doing the work to create the necessary shifts that we all need to move forward. She wants to engage meaningfully with those interested in reclaiming the roots of yoga and the roots of self in a way that feels like we don’t actually have a choice- we have to move this way. She will stand with you as you let go.

She is inspired to hold space with you and help you uncover not just your teaching dharma, but your dharma in this lifetime.

  • Social Media Manager

Danielle (she/her) is a Yoga + Pilates instructor based in Toronto that strives to create practices that find a balance between both strength and ease.

Her career in the fitness and wellness industry in tandem with her sociology background informs the values she holds in creating classes rooted in inclusion and equity; promoting the implementation of movement in everyone's daily practice while encouraging both accessibility and agency in one's own practice.

Her classes are a reflection of her various training and mentorships through Downward Dog Yoga Centre and Soulga Yoga. However her consistent studentship is at the core of her classes, drawing on various movement modalities and teachers to find that balance in her own practices.

Expect classes where you are encouraged to find a deeper connection to both your mind and body. Her approach to teaching invites you to find an embodied feeling of presence through a contemporary practice that is both mindful and functional.

  • Operations Manager

Ada (she/they) is a Tkaronto “Toronto, ON” based movement facilitator, artist and a current student in Massage Therapy at Humber College. Since then she has completed training in yoga sequencing and restorative yoga.

Ada’s deep interest and experience with the relationship between bodies and trauma and the healing potential found through the body has been a defining theme in her study and her offerings to the community.
