This retreat is exclusively for:

*racialized Yoga teachers and students with a consistent practice.

A NON-refundable $250 CAD deposit is required to secure your room.

A 2nd installment of $250 CAD is due 60 days after you pay your deposit.

Your outstanding balance will be due 120 days after your deposit or by August 1st (whatever day comes first).

Once you complete our welcome questionnaire you will be sent a link to register. Your room (and community grant if applicable) will only be held for 48 hours. If you need more time to pay your deposit please email us at soulgayoga@gmail.com Please be aware that rooms are first come first serve so there is no guarantee that we can save your spot.

We reserve the right to make any changes deemed necessary; including, but not limited to: advertised workshops, advertised meals, etc. We are not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of retreat cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damages (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from a retreat cancellation. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster or pandemic, we cannot guarantee a refund; it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue/tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, again, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance especially if you are travelling from outside the country.

Cancellations prior to July 31st, 2024 will get a refund of the amount paid minus the $250 CAD deposit.**

Cancellations on or after July 31st, 2024 will receive NO REFUND.
