Join us for a free virtual information session about our upcoming 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This is a great opportunity for anyone curious about deepening their practice, advancing their teaching skills, or learning more about the program.
One of our lead facilitators will walk you through the curriculum, schedule, and overall experience, and answer any questions you may have. Whether you're ready to enroll or simply exploring your options, we welcome you to connect and learn more!

Join Nya Daley, founder of Soulga, for this dynamic 90-minute online workshop where biomechanics, and the art of class creation come together. As a passionate lover of both fluid vinyasa sequences and the science of movement, Nya will guide you through the process of designing yoga classes that are centered around peak poses and joint actions.
This session will also provide an open space for questions, allowing you to discuss any challenges or uncertainties around building a creative and progressive class.
This event is open to ALL Yoga teachers.

We are launching our FIRST yoga alliance certified teacher training in collaboration with Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto, Canada.
The DWD+Soulga 300hr Yoga Teacher Training offers a comprehensive learning experience led by diverse voices from some of the industry’s leading facilitators in yoga, movement and anatomy.
Learn in a hybrid environment with in person and livestream sessions from October 2025 to August 2026. This Yoga Alliance accredited training features in-depth modules on Advancing Teaching Skills, Reading Bodies and Assists, Yin Yoga, Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Practices, Yoga Philosophy, and Biomechanics.
